When appropriate and practical, Seniority DFW may visit communities to meet staff, learn about services and care capabilities, and gather information that can help families compare options. Families should still tour, ask questions, review contracts, and confirm current services, staffing, pricing, licensing, and availability directly with the community.

    Our advisory and placement services are completely free for families. We are compensated by the senior living communities only when a successful placement is made, ensuring our focus remains entirely on finding the right fit for you.

    What types of senior living options can you help families explore?

    We help families explore Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Residential Care Homes, Skilled Nursing, and Rehabilitation options when appropriate. Our goal is to help identify communities that may be able to support those needs and to confirm specific capabilities directly with each community.

    Do you help with the physical moving process?

    While our primary focus is matching you with the right community, we maintain a trusted network of vetted downsizing experts, professional movers, and real estate specialists whom we can bring in to coordinate the transition smoothly.

    Can you help us explore communities that may support specific health or dietary needs?

    Yes. We can consider health-related needs, mobility, dietary preferences, daily routines, and other important factors when researching communities. Each community determines whether it can safely support an individual’s specific needs, so families should confirm current capabilities directly with the community.
